Merseyside Vehicle Assist is based at Unit 2, Hertford Street, Parr Industrial Estate, St Helens, WA9 1RL. The website prepares a draft enquiry for you to send via your own WhatsApp or email application.

Website enquiry form

When you complete the enquiry form, your browser prepares a draft message in WhatsApp or your email application. The website does not submit your information to an MVA server or database. Nothing is sent until you press Send in the external app. Your chosen messaging or email provider processes the message, and MVA receives it only if delivery succeeds.

What you may send us

Your enquiry may include your name, phone number, optional email address, vehicle details, registration number, description of the problem and recovery pickup and drop-off locations. Please do not include payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Cookies and hosting

This website does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request and security information to deliver and protect the site.

Facebook updates

Our homepage may show a live feed from our public Facebook Page. This third-party content is not loaded automatically: it loads only if you select “Show Facebook posts”. When loaded, your browser contacts Facebook (Meta), which may receive technical information such as your IP address and may use cookies under Meta’s policies.
